Profiles

The profiles.csv is rarily used for now but still contains some important information for many. Name: the name of the profile Region: mostly irrelevant, only used in specific cases but input is in ISO codes (DE for Germany) DiscordWebhook: the discord webhook for the specific profile, if left empty, general webhook from settings is getting used always
